MuniMae Announces Filing of Form 10-Q and Call to Discuss Quarterly Results

/PRNewswire/ -- Municipal Mortgage & Equity, LLC (OTC: MMAB) ("MuniMae" or "the Company"), announced today that it has filed its Form 10-Q for the quarter ending September 30, 2011 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Company will host a conference call on Friday, November 18, 2011, at 8:00 a.m. EST to provide a market update and discuss the third quarter results.

McGregor and Fred N. Pratt, Jr.  to the Board of Directors for a three year term and ratified the selection of KPMG, LLP as independent registered public accountant for the year ended 2011.
